July 3rd - the Monsoon arrived. The wind snapped an old wood power pole around 8PM, which pulled power lines and caused several transformers to explode with some lovely fireworks, and left my neighborhood in the dark. We sat in the back of the truck with plenty of beer and ice and watched the ensuing chaos in the rain.
